The North Staffs Workforce Development Project works closely with trade unions but is not just for trade union members and is a retraining project funded through Advantage West Midlands.
We offer free support and training for people who are affected by redundancy and who live or work in North Staffordshire. The support is available to shop floor workers, administration and management. All our services are free of charge and funding is available to enable individuals to retrain or re-skill in their chosen field. We can also assist with CV development, interview techniques and application form filling if required.
